Centennial Quilt

The cotton appliqued hand-stitched quilt is composed of 35 decorated blocks, 13 of which illustrate various aspects of our library and it’s place in the community, past and present. The selection of subjects, skillful balance of colors, variegated materials, sense of composition and expert needlework demonstrate both the artistry and craftsmanship of the talented quilters who created it.
