The Friends of the Library provide the passes and coupons to museums for our patrons. You can help insure more and varied passes and coupons by supporting the Friends!
Museum Passes
Museum passes usually admits a patron or small group at no cost. These passes must be checked out to a patron with a valid library card and RETURNED the next day. Fines are applied if returned late, however, so that they are available to other patrons. The following museums are available. Check their websites for more information:
- Magic Wings South Deerfield, MA
Each pass admits 4 people. - USS Constitution Museum Charlestown, MA
This card provides free admission to parties of up to 9 people. Each pass may only be used by one party per day. - Tower Hill Botanical Gardens Boylston, MA
Each pass admits 2 adults and 2 children. - Museum of Russion Icons Clinton, MA
Each pass admits 6 people.
- The Fruitlands Museum, Harvard, MA
Not active at the moment. Check back in Spring 2013
Museum Coupons
Museum coupons provide a discount to our patrons and require you to present the coupon at the time of the visit to the museum. They do NOT need to be returned to the library.
- Ecotarium Museum of Science & Nature, Worcester, MA
Each coupon gives a 50% discount for 2 adults and 2children in one vehicle. Patrons must complete information on the back to be valid. (Regular Admission- Adults $14, ages 2-18 $8) - Museum of Fine Arts (MFA) Boston, MA
Each coupon entitles 2 people to be admitted for $7 each. (Regular admission is $22 for adults, $20 for seniors and students 18+, and Children are FREE, unless during school hours for 7-17.)
